Examples of emergency situations include 1) being unable to send and recieve email for an extreme amount of time AND the server information on the System Status page shows that email is down on your server, 2) Website is unavailable for longer than 15 minutes AND the server information in the System Status page shows that Web Server is Down for your server:

There are MANY reasons that email or web service may be down. MOST of them are totally unrelated to our server speeds or service. Most problems that are directed to us are related to network congestion on the net or problems with a users ISP. PLEASE use the other utilities shown here and verify that your server is not working before submitting an emergency support request. This request will be sent to at least two individuals for support on this matter.
